Pepper Chicken – a very good specie chicken dish, which tastes very good. The chicken will be very tender and soft to eat.

Pepper Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken 500 gms
  • Onion 2 No’s
  • Green chillies 2 No’s
  • Garlic 6-7 cloves
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves small bunch

Preparation

  • First clean and wash chicken.
  • Boil chicken along with salt and turmeric and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a fry pan with medium flame.
  • Add garlic, green chillies and onion and fry for some time.
  • Once the onion is cooked, add ginger garlic paste and cook.
  • Later add red chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, vinegar and add little water and fry till the gravy is thickened.
  • Now add cooked chicken and mix well, and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • It can be made full dry or semi dry as per your requirement.
  • Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
